Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese only ships cheese Monday thru Wednesday to avoid an order being delayed by a weekend.

Shipping and handling fees vary due to many factors. The farther out of California the delivery address is, the more Ice Packs need to be added, this causes an increase in the shipping price.

Listed cheese weights are approximate since this is hand-crafted cheese, generally weights are slighty over the standard 8 oz and 16 oz sizes.
